Olivia Dunham was raised in Escondido and like most Southern California natives, never ventured too far. She obtained her real estate license in 2008 and brings over 15+ years of experience in Client Services and Management. Prior to actively pursuing Real Estate, Olivia worked mostly for larger corporations and financial institutions. When the 2008 recession hit, she decided it was time for change and began to pursue a career that more suited her lifestyle and would allow her more time with her family. Olivia is known for her exceptional customer service and ability to solve difficult problems. She attributes much of this to her attentiveness and ability to really listen and focus on what a person is trying to accomplish. For her, it is only when you are able to fully understand a situation and a person’s needs that you are able to deliver the desired result. Because her main motivation is in satisfying the clients’ goals, it is easy to see why the majority of her client base continues to grow through word of mouth and personal referral.
